A leading manufacturing company in Mexicali is seeking a Tax & Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience, including significant leadership experience. Fluency in English and advanced knowledge of ERP systems are essential for this role.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting and tax areas in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of Mexican tax legislation, international financial reporting standards (IFRS), and local regulations.

• Knowledge of Mexican tax legislation, international financial reporting standards (IFRS), and local regulations.
• Fluent English is a must.
