Job Summary:
This role handles various business tax filings, including sales and use tax, personal property tax, and annual corporate reports. It also manages unclaimed property reporting and supports special projects to ensure compliance and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales and use tax returns across U.S. states and Canadian provinces
  • File commercial rent tax and annual business reports
  • Maintain and support tax software systems
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist with audits
  • Manage unclaimed property reporting and escheatment
  • Support system updates and special tax-related projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or MBA a plus
  • 3–4 years of experience with multi-state tax filings
  • Strong Excel and general software skills
  • Experience with SAP or Hyperion is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $54,000.00 per year
