Overview

We are currently looking for a Talent Mobility Finance Ops Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. This role supports global payroll execution, financial compliance, and budget tracking across international teams, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment in mobility operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive and non-executive payroll cycles, including payslip distribution and salary calculations
  • Oversee recharges, budget accruals, invoicing payments, and reclassification tasks
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams to validate sensitive employee and financial data
  • Track monthly budgets and support annual planning across multiple entities
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with international tax regulations
Who We’re Looking for

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, International Relations, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (preferably with a focus on global mobility)
  • 3–4 years of experience in finance or payroll operations
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling)
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, or SAP
  • High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential data

Desired:

  • Bilingual in English; Portuguese is a plus
  • Familiarity with multi-country payroll structures and regional compliance
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in procurement and payment control of end-user tools
  • Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
