The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in talent management, a strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, and excellent English proficiency. WE ARE HIRING:
Talent Management Executive (Influencer Marketing)
Requirements
+2 years of experience in a talent management agency (celebrities, artists, influencers)
Advanced level of English
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing
Essential knowledge and skills to develop and manage influencer marketing strategies
Solid knowledge of TIKTOK
Relationship with representation agencies
Personnel Management
Activities
Develop and supervise the implementation of influencer marketing strategies.
Sell influencer marketing campaigns.
International customer service.
Supervision of negotiations with managers and celebrities.
Follow-up with manager, celebs for calls, closing agendas and onboarding with TikTok.
Monitoring & clippings supervision.
Development and reporting.
Development of contracts and monitoring of payments.
Understand the demands of the accounts to plan and design strategies and actions that meet the needs of clients.
Coordinate and supervise the activities according to the agreed strategies.
Manage, develop and review, with the team budgets for customers month by month or on special projects.
