Ford Champs 12-month Talent Development program offers exposure to multiple business areas, helping you build professional experience and a network across Ford. You will engage in structured development, learn from leaders, and contribute to core training initiatives.

As a Ford Champ, you will focus on continuous education strategy, training communications, and KPI tracking, while supporting the rollout of several programs to enhance workforce capability.

Formación

• Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Communications, Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineering
• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Previous Learning experience is helpful but not required

Responsabilidades

• As a Talent Development Ford Champ, you will be responsible for Continuous Education Strategy, Training Communication Strategy, Talent Development KPI’s and the implementation of several training programs.
• Design and deploy learning strategies and training programs that address the training needs of employees in the company.
• Lead internal communication strategy related to Training Programs.

As a Talent Development Ford Champ, you will be responsible of Continuous Education Strategy, Training Communication Strategy, Talent Development KPI’s and the implementation of several training programs.

• Continuous Education Strategies - negotiation of discount agreements with universities and language schools.
• Follow up Talent Development metrics.
• Design and deploy learning strategies and training programs that address the training needs of employees in the company.
• Training Needs Analysis to design training programs to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Assess the deployed programs and improve them as necessary.
• Lead internal communication strategy related to Training Programs.
