A leading technology services company in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon is seeking a Talent & Culture Business Partner Junior to enhance employee experience, advise on HR initiatives, and promote a positive work environment. Currently, we are seeking a Talent & Culture Business Partner Junior to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon!

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with a diverse, multicultural team of passionate People professionals across different countries.
  • Partnering with various departments to align HR initiatives with business goals proactively and responsibly.
  • Advising leaders on people-related matters and supporting their development.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for employees in your location, focusing on enhancing their experience and engagement.
  • Proposing initiatives to foster employee commitment.
  • Managing retention strategies, analyzing turnover data, and forecasting workforce needs.
  • Ensuring adherence to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policies in line with Globant's ethical standards.
  • Working closely with teams to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Promoting Globant's culture and values internally and externally.

Qualifications for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human resources, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
