Responsibilities

Job Position Purpose:

This position is within Human Resources Management and aims to efficiently fill open positions by creating talent pipelines, fostering a positive candidate experience, and acting as an internal business partner. You will lead the onboarding process for the facility, developing and personalizing onboarding plans to ensure new employees have a valuable experience. Additionally, you will propose and develop activity programs to increase employee loyalty and promote a healthy, safe organizational environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fill vacancies at the Atlacomulco Plant based on departmental requirements by conducting recruiting, interviews, and selection processes. Provide feedback to departments and candidates, conduct background checks when applicable, and manage approval processes for hiring and job offers.
  • Manage employee services including dining room facilities, locker rooms, showers, restrooms, meeting and training rooms, green area tables, and staff transportation. Conduct tours to verify proper functioning, report faults, follow up on solutions, and prepare periodic reports on service status.
  • Lead cultural, social, and sports activities for employees, applying integration dynamics to enhance team spirit and organizational belonging.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or Human Resources.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Desirable: Intermediate English (B1).
  • Good emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
