Responsibilities
Job Position Purpose:
This position is within Human Resources Management and aims to efficiently fill open positions by creating talent pipelines, fostering a positive candidate experience, and acting as an internal business partner. You will lead the onboarding process for the facility, developing and personalizing onboarding plans to ensure new employees have a valuable experience. Additionally, you will propose and develop activity programs to increase employee loyalty and promote a healthy, safe organizational environment.
