Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand diverse business needs.
  • Support MFG Mexico Hiring Managers with recruitment activities daily.
  • Analyze workforce needs proactively and advise on staffing strategies.
  • Create, post, and manage job listings aligned with standards and agreements.
  • Source candidates using internal tools and external platforms creatively and data-driven.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective recruitment solutions.
  • Present proposals across organizational levels, resolving conflicts and aligning strategies.
  • Handle complex recruitment scenarios with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach for seamless candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data and decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements with measurable results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills for managing recruitment data.
  • Proven success in managing complex client relationships.
  • High accountability, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with ability to propose and implement enhancements.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to work independently.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Workday and recruitment platforms is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented and solution-driven.
