The LEGO Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment for technical positions. This temporary role focuses on ensuring compliance and timely delivery of staffing needs, enhancing brand visibility, and handling engagement with educational institutions. Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and various employee benefits.

Formación

Job Description

Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized technical positions, ensuring compliance with policies and processes.

This role supports operations with a focus on urgency, safety, and quality, aiming to bring as many children as possible into play. As part of customer service, we focus on responsible and timely delivery of installations to support our growth and the LEGO story.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Ensure staffing of technical personnel within 45 days.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of recruitment files (offer creation, paperwork, contracts).
  3. Engage with educational institutions to attract talent through brand positioning.
  4. Manage internal and external talent programs (Dual Model, Interns, etc.).
  5. Oversee hybrid attraction campaigns (job fairs, social media, etc.).

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical or administrative recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, mass recruitment, and indicators.
  • Experience with recruitment sources like OCC, Indeed, social media.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and process-focused.
  • This is a temporary position for 11.5 months.
