About the role:

As a Recruiter in Colgate’s Talent Acquisition team, based in Mexico City, this role will support internal Supply Chain clients, based in North America, with their full-time staffing needs. You will manage all internal and external applicants through our staffing processes - from applicant review to offer extension - ensuring that all candidates and hiring teams receive timely updates/communications and an overall positive experience.

What you will do:

• Partner with HR and business clients on staffing process across an average of 20-25 requisitions.
• Provide weekly updates on requisition and candidate status to Hiring Manager.
• Ensure that all qualified internal applicants are considered by Hiring Team and receive status updates on their candidacy.
• Develop relationships with TA peers and collaborate on process improvements

What do you need for this position:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in Talent Acquisition
• Prior experience within a recruiting agency or corporate environment
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated sourcing experience and expertise resulting in talent pipeline development
• Prior experience with TA-specific technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, HiredScore, SuccessFactors ATS etc.
• Strong organizational skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Supply Chain Recruitment experience
• CPG Experience

This is a temporary role for 6 months.
