Here’s how you’ll build our talent bridge :
  1. Sourcing : Utilize a range of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to unearth hidden gems.
  2. Recruitment : Oversee the entire recruitment process, managing projects and ensuring seamless execution.
  3. Candidate assessment : Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to find the perfect fit.
  4. Interviewing : Screen and interview top talent, assessing their strengths and suitability. Cultivate and manage a network of potential candidates for future needs.
  5. Business Partner : Collaborate with business teams, providing support and expertise to hiring managers.
  6. Trend Spotter : Stay ahead of the curve, recommending changes to keep our talent acquisition strategies sharp.
  7. Employer Branding Champion : Play an active role in crafting a strong employer brand on social media.

  2. Sourcing Specialist : Masterful research and sourcing skills, including expertise in online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong connections.
  3. Problem-Solving Powerhouse : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  4. Independent and Prioritized : Thrive in a self-directed environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Fluent in English with business proficiency in German.
