A global healthcare company is seeking a Recruiter for Care Enablement in Mexico. The role involves managing recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar roles, developing talent attraction strategies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Position Summary
As a Recruiter – Care Enablement Mexico, you will be a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Your main responsibility will be to attract and recruit both blue-collar and white-collar talent for our commercial operations and potentially support hiring across our three manufacturing and supply chain sites in Mexico. This role requires a blend of operational excellence, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with local hiring managers to identify talent needs and align workforce planning.
· Serve as the main TA contact for Mexico, managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong focus on efficiency and delivery quality.
· Implement targeted talent attraction strategies aligned with business objectives, emphasizing both operational (blue-collar) and administrative/commercial (white-collar) roles.
· Meet hiring goals by delivering timely, effective recruitment solutions.
· Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies tailored to the Mexican labor market.
· Conduct virtual and in-person interviews, screen candidates, and provide hiring managers with well-founded recommendations based on competencies and job fit.
· Create and manage job offers, coordinating salary discussions with HR and Compensation & Benefits to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
· Maintain accurate and compliant records of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (Workday).
· Ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience by promoting transparent, responsive, and timely communication.
· Collaborate with international TA colleagues (Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, Serbia, and Mexico) to exchange best practices and align on global strategies.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including TA Excellence, Regional HR, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits.
· Support global HR/TA transformation initiatives and adapt them to local practices and regulations in Mexico.
· Lead local recruitment process improvement projects focused on scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
· Ensure all recruitment practices comply with Mexican labor laws, social security standards, and internal policies.
