Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, professional and/or manufacturing roles.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Greenhouse.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building with candidates and leaders.
• MS Office proficiency (intermediate to advanced).

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for professional, administrative, and leadership positions across our manufacturing plants and corporate functions in Mexico and the United States. This role will ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with business leaders to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and secure highly qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for professional, administrative, and leadership positions across manufacturing plants and corporate functions in the United States and Mexico.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
• Post job openings on various recruitment channels and job boards.
• Develop sourcing strategies utilizing multiple databases, networking platforms, and professional networks.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and selection panels.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Manage and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and drug screenings.
• Analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline effectiveness.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement efforts related to recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, and/or manufacturing positions.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Greenhouse, or similar systems).
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and business leaders.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, operations, or engineering environments.
