Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You will source, attract, and hire top salaried talent across departments, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

The role focuses on building a robust candidate pipeline, managing interview processes, and guiding offers and negotiations. On-site work is required, with travel occasional for events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems Workday.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations, and best practices.
  • Occasional travel may be required for job fairs, recruitment events, or site visits.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Prepare interview guides, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ competencies based on job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
  • Manage the offer process, including offer letters, salary negotiations, and benefits discussions.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Engage with candidates on social media and other platforms to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Temporary

In Copeland we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for salaried positions across various departments.
