The Talent Acquisition Scheduling Support Specialist ensures that interview scheduling and other coordination-related processes and workflows are well run. The role coordinates interview coordination efforts in North America, Europe, and Asia. This primarily involves completing administrative tasks related to setting up hiring projects, creating/scheduling interviews, and communicating with internal stakeholders and candidates.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure interviews run smoothly.
• Utilize Slack to communicate with hiring project stakeholders and stay aligned with expectations.
• Utilize Confluence to organize, create, and update hiring project documents.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Gem, to complete interview scheduling tasks.
• Utilize pre-assessment tools like Coderpad.io to complete interview-related requests.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes/workflows and implement improvements.
• Be an ambassador of SoundHound AI's culture and values in all candidate interactions.
• Perform other tasks not explicitly mentioned above, but that fall within Talent Acquisition coordination and administration.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience handling scheduling requests and stakeholder communication, preferably on a recruitment team
• Native-level English proficiency (written). TOEFL iBT Writing Section 26+, IELTS Writing Section 7.5+, Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE) 180+, TOEFL iBT Total Score 110+, or equivalent score required
• Proficiency in Google Suite and web-based applicant tracking systems, preferably Gem
• Experience scheduling meetings/interviews that involve multiple people across multiple time zones
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to maintain a high work rate without sacrificing quality and accuracy
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills that allow you to stay on track
• Experience analyzing data, building spreadsheets with functions and formulae, and creating data visualizations using products like Looker Studio
