ARSAN International Consulting Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations Specialist to support high-volume hiring in a manufacturing setting. The role coordinates recruitment activities, oversees external partners, and aligns staffing with production goals.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Experience managing Recruitment Process Outsourcing providers or external recruiting vendors.
• Experience monitoring vendor performance and service delivery.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with multiple Recruitment Process Outsourcing providers and external recruiting partners.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, dashboards, and hiring metrics across the organization.
• Monitor provider performance, recruitment progress, capacity, costs, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish standardized recruitment practices across external providers.
• Conduct regular briefings and reviews with Recruitment Process Outsourcing partners.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on headcount forecasting and staffing plans.
