Danfoss in Apodaca, MX is seeking an Intern – Talent Acquisition to support our global recruitment efforts and help create a smooth hiring process. You will engage with candidates, assist with screening, and help maintain accurate recruitment records in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

You will collaborate with HR professionals across regions, taking ownership of administrative tasks and gaining real-world experience in a global, people-focused setting.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a university program with at least one year left before graduation.
• Advanced English skills (conversational level).
• Interest in HR, recruitment, and people processes; previous experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support candidate sourcing efforts to identify and engage potential talent.
• Assist with screening processes and maintain clear, professional communication with candidates.
• Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Maintain and update recruitment data, reports, and candidate files.
• Coordinate background checks and medical exams in line with internal processes.
