Danfoss is seeking an Internal Sales Intern in Apodaca, MX. You will support distributors with delivery timelines, order status, and product availability, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely communication.

This role provides hands-on experience in customer service, order fulfillment, and basic technical support in a global environment. You will develop communication, problem-solving, and technical skills while using English in daily interactions,

Qualifications

Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
Engineering student pursuing a bachelor's degree.
Clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
Interest in customer service, supply chain, or technical support.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

Respond to distributor inquiries on delivery timelines, order status, and product availability.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate fulfillment information.
Monitor inventory availability and share updates for order planning.
Provide first-level technical support by handling basic customer calls.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
