Role Purpose:

To design, develop, and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and solutions that enable the organization, while implementing cutting-edge talent acquisition technologies, processes, and programs that enhance the recruitment experience, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Main Activities:

• Leverage best practices and technology to optimize recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and implement cutting-edge talent acquisition technologies and tools
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and RPO management
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to inform talent acquisition strategies and optimize recruitment processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruitment performance and metrics
• Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
