A leading beautytech company in Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to identify and head-hunt top talent. You'll implement sourcing solutions and conduct interviews to align with company values. Your experience in recruitment and your skills in data analysis will help improve our talent acquisition processes. This role emphasizes diversity and aims to enhance our employer brand by participating in recruitment events.

Formación

Recruitment Process
  • Exploratory Recruitment Interview (individual one).
  • The recruiter will get to know you better, understand who you are and what your professional aspirations are.
  • If the exploratory interview is positive, you will have an interview with the HRBP.
  • After that, you will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager.
We’re looking for the next Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Key Job Accountabilities
  • Identify and head‑hunt the best talent in adherence with L'Oréal's values and ethics.
  • Implement various sourcing solutions, with a preference for digital.
  • Implement selection processes according to L'Oréal principles and conduct qualitative interviews.
  • Supply the recruitment base with CVs according to needs and update it with the aim of identifying talents.
  • Participate in the definition of requirements and drafting of profiles in consultation with managers.
  • Carry out the FIT integration process for new associates by coordinating with various contributors.
  • Complete recruitment reports (KPIs), analyze them, and make suggestions for improvement in terms of profiles and processes.
  • Be aware of various topics linked to recruitment; profile development, roles, pay, and methods.
  • Develop and promote L'Oréal's employer brand (EVP) by representing the company at events linked to recruitment.
