A global tech firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to enhance the candidate experience. You will manage various administrative tasks in the Talent Acquisition department and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team who will directly impact the candidate experience as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee experience. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to best organize and effectively manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Talent Acquisition department, from the initial job opening through the onboarding. We use Greenhouse ATS, Calendly for scheduling, Microsoft Teams and Zoom for collaboration and virtual interviews, and leverage various solutions for sourcing, posting jobs, and candidate identification including our own products.
