Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for the administrative activities of the recruitment process for Mexico markets.

Your Impact

As Talent Acquisition Backoffice Analyst (temporary, 6 months), your functions will include:

  • Handle both internal and external recruitment processes.
  • Manage interview scheduling for Mexico scope.
  • Ensure timely governance checks and follow up on unresolved issues for candidates.
  • Create offer letters.
  • Manage pre-hire processes and new hire follow-up.
  • Deliver services within defined timelines, adhering to SLAs/KPIs, and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for service delivery and process improvements.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • A personable, high-energy individual with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition, thriving in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
