KION Business Services Polska is seeking a proactive Procurement Intern to join our Guadalupe, Mexico-based Supply Chain team. You will support procurement, planning, and inventory management to meet production needs while maintaining optimal stock levels.

This internship offers hands-on experience with ERP systems, supplier management, data analytics, and collaboration across functions in a global manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in one of the listed fields.
• Preferred: 5th to 7th semester students.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Support material requirements planning based on production schedules and demand.
• Manage and analyze Open Orders and Open Requisition reports.
• Track, update, and report departmental KPIs.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and support improvement initiatives.
• Assist in inventory management and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability.

It is an excellent opportunity for students interested in building a career in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations.# **Co oferujemy:**Key Responsibilities * Support material requirements planning based on production schedules and customer demand.* Manage and analyze Open Orders and Open Requisition reports.* Track, update, and report departmental KPIs.* Monitor supplier delivery performance and support adherence improvement initiatives.* Assist in engineering change analysis and implementation activities.* Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, and reducing excess inventory.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and supply continuity.* Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on procurement and supply chain processes.* Generate reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making.
