Flex is seeking a Material Planning Analyst (Purchasing) in Mexico, based at the Toluquilla offices, reporting to the Materials Manager. You will lead a Buyers team, audit data, and prepare reports to support strategic material decisions for key accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in purchasing/material planning in manufacturing, advanced English, and leadership to coordinate multicultural teams. Visa/passport preferred; benefits include salary, insurance, and bonuses.

Responsabilidades

If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Material Planning Analyst (purchasing)** located in **Toluquilla offices**.Reporting to the **Materials Manager**, the **Material Planning Analyst** role will work with worldwide teams, creating reports and analyzing information, doing data research and being responsible for customer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accounts.**What a typical day looks like:*** Responsible for coordinating a team (Buyers) to deliver several activities.* Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the research of data.* May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the research of data.* Collects, compiles, and presents various types of data.* Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on research of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.* May create and/or maintain databases in help of data collection.* Audits data.
