Formación

  • 2+ años de experiencia en un rol administrativo en un entorno dinámico.

Position summary:

The TA Recruiting Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in an efficient way. The role will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Recruiting team, with the objective of efficiently and successfully coordinating various internal recruiting functions.

The Recruiting Coordinator may support the recruiting process by:

  1. Acting as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers during the hiring process.
  2. Assisting recruiters (up to 4) with recruiting initiatives (e.g., department open houses, social media outreach, etc.).
  3. Producing status recruiting reports on a weekly basis.
  4. Following all policies and processes within TA and HR.
  5. Building and implementing sourcing strategies.
  6. Understanding and executing current trends and best practices in sourcing and talent attraction.
  7. Building talent pipelines from various platforms such as social media, job boards, niche sites, open web, and other similar platforms to implement sourcing strategies.
  8. Creating candidate pipelines ahead of need and in real-time.
  9. Leveraging proprietary pipelines of candidates through our ATS and CRM.
  10. Collaborating with recruiters to develop market strategy, pipeline candidates, provide insights, and share competitive intelligence.
  11. Providing support for inbound sourcing (candidate/req management) as needed.
  12. Meeting operational business goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • Experience in dealing with executives and employees at all levels of the organization preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS preferred.
  • Excellent customer service experience and the ability to be responsive on a consistent basis.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workflow.
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Good working knowledge in recruitment strategies and talent pool management.
  • Must be tactful, resolute, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Must have a flexible approach to change, able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seek improvements, and look to the future.
  • Strong written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate.
