About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing major incidents on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a point of contact for escalating Major Incidents to Service Desk and Resolver Group Analysts.
  2. Assess the impact and urgency of incidents collaboratively with users, support teams, and incident managers.
  3. Coordinate the assembly of technical resources for resolving Major Incidents.
  4. Facilitate major incident bridge calls, identify technical leads, and hold resolver teams accountable for status updates.
  5. Develop and deliver executive communications regarding major incidents to clients and leadership.
  6. Escalate incidents to appropriate resolver groups and management levels.
  7. Document incidents effectively for service management teams.
  8. Ensure clear communication and coordination among support teams, account teams, and customers.
  9. Collaborate with service management to ensure consistent delivery, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement.
  10. Serve as the point of contact for MIM process questions and facilitate related meetings.
Minimum Requirements
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Experience in Critical/Major Incident Management (preferred)
