SysTechCorp Inc. in Mexico is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to own end-to-end API and data flow implementations. You will work with REST, JSON, XML, and file transfer technologies to connect systems and services, ensuring reliable, scalable integrations across platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, strong troubleshooting, and thorough documentation of integration mappings and deployment steps.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing system integrations.
• Experience owning integrations through the implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of API concepts and integration architectures.
• Hands-on experience with JSON, XML, REST APIs, and SFTP/File Transfer Technologies.
• Experience using API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI, or similar.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining integration mapping documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
