We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

We are also looking for a seasoned developer and support (hybrid) Engineer on Koerber WMS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing world-class support to our customers. As an Engineer, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting complex issues, driving resolution, and ensuring success in our deliverables.

Job responsibilities:

• Support Koerber applications and work on minor enhancements (development).
• Work on a Monday-to-Friday shift during US business hours.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support on an “as-needed” basis, specifically for P1s/P2s, to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical systems.

Required skills:

• 4-7 years of experience with any WMS tool, preferably Koerber, involving both development and support activities (Hybrid role).
• Understanding of Functional Supply Chain systems.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Logistics operations.
• Experience troubleshooting SQL databases, including indexing, performance tuning, and automation.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SSRS, Koerber reports development, and enhancement.
• Experience in implementing and building new warehouse systems.
• Understanding of and exposure to end-to-end enhancement of picking, packing, and shipping modules.
• Ability to build new interfaces or enhancements.
• Knowledge of Advantage Architect Development and Enhancements.
• Experience with modules like Labor and Yard Management is a plus.
• Understanding of Koerber Page editor.
• Experience setting up and enhancing Zebra Label Printing solutions.
• Experience with API, XML, JSON interface setup, and building or customizing import systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Koerber Warehouse Advantage certification.
• Experience in .NET technologies.

Education requirement:

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
