Valeo Service in Querétaro seeks a System Product Technical Leader to spearhead R&D activities for customer applications. You will act as the main technical contact, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure delivery of components within PDP/CPM processes.

You will oversee budgeting, BOM control, and risk mitigation, and drive reviews and engineering gates with stakeholders. The role demands leadership across disciplines to align milestones with customer expectations and company standards.

Formación

• Proven leadership of cross-functional R&D teams.
• Experience delivering complex automotive projects.
• Strong budgeting and cost control for R&D programs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first technical contact of the project internally and externally.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure product development meets budget and quality standards.
• Organize reviews and technical meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed R&D schedules to milestones.
• Lead weekly R&D meetings and manage risks.
