We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Systems Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and security of the company's entire IT infrastructure. This role is key to maintaining business continuity, digital protection, and technical support for internal users. Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise, maintain, and optimize all computer equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
  • Manage institutional software, including licenses, updates, and compatibility.
  • Implement and maintain IT security policies and data protection strategies, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information systems.
  • Manage and renew antivirus software, firewalls, and other cybersecurity tools.
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to staff.
  • Monitor and back up data storage systems and support disaster recovery processes.
  • Coordinate with technology service providers and manage IT-related purchases.
  • Document technical processes and prepare incident and improvement reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices.
  • Propose and implement technological improvements aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Configure and secure organizational email systems, including enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), managing provider settings (e.g., Google Workspace/M365), and implementing email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to prevent spoofing and phishing.
  • Oversee domain registration and DNS configuration, ensuring secure setup and continuous protection of critical records related to email, web hosting, and third-party services.
  • Develop and maintain IT incident response plans, investigate security breaches, and provide ongoing cybersecurity awareness training to staff to reduce human risk factors. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in hardware, network, software, and cybersecurity management.
  • Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Experience with IT security tools including antivirus, firewalls, and data backups.
  • Server management (physical or virtual environments).
  • Familiarity with remote administration and technical support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
  • Experience managing email systems (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), including MFA setup and security configuration.
  • Working knowledge of DNS settings and domain management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, phishing prevention tools, and staff training methods. Benefits
