Hilton in Mexico is seeking a Switchboard/Telephonist to greet guests over the phone, route calls, and provide friendly, efficient assistance. • Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations

• Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
