Job Duties

Under general supervision, performs all phases of rigging up and down of Surface Well Testing (SWT) service line equipment at work locations to maintain control and process wellbore fluids during well testing operations, providing essential reservoir information using Surface Well Testing and Surface Pressure Control equipment. Responsibilities include mentoring and training lower-level personnel, becoming a dedicated Assessor for junior SWT staff, and working across multiple well site types (onshore and offshore). Participates in high-profile projects, plans job activities, performs quality control of well test data, and provides customer reports. Must have good knowledge of all service lines within Testing & Subsea PSL, with skills acquired through high school education and 7 years of SWT experience. Must meet competency requirements for Service Specialist II – SWT, interpret P&ID drawings, perform QA tasks, pressure test equipment safely, and demonstrate knowledge of rig functions and equipment. Ability to troubleshoot, communicate effectively, and use MS Office and HalWorld is required. Cross-training to Specialist I level or equivalent experience is necessary.
