Sustainability & Climate Front Senior Manager / SME & Retail Banking

What are we looking for?

You will be responsible for developing the sustainability strategy and value proposition in coordination with the Retail segments (SMEs and Individuals), becoming a reference in understanding this strategic priority to achieve sustainable mobilization goals and add value to our clients through sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying opportunities by translating insights to create new business lines and develop a comprehensive sustainability offer for our Retail segment clients.
2. Coordinating and developing strategic initiatives with the Retail segment to promote sustainability.
3. Defining and developing training materials for the Sales Force to ensure knowledge of the Sustainable Offer, including conducting courses and workshops.
4. Collaborating on the marketing strategy to maximize sustainability outreach to clients.
5. Working with BEX Sostenible and Retail segments to ensure communication and KPIs related to sustainability are met.
6. Driving sustainable operations and building sustainable cases for evaluation.
7. Identifying process improvement needs, enhancing sustainable case evaluations based on standards and taxonomy.
8. Negotiating strategic alliances with business organizations, associations, partners, and clients to bring new sustainable opportunities with tangible benefits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s in Finance, Risk, MBA, Strategic Planning, Environmental Studies, Sustainable Development, or similar is desirable.

Language requirement: English C1 (conversational, reading, and writing).
