Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or related field.
• 7+ years in sustainability/ESG/consulting.
• Experience leading projects with senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability strategy and ESG.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, consulting, environmental management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading projects and working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of sustainability strategy, ESG topics, and corporate transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Availability for occasional travel.
