British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Executive Leaf in Tepic, Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Strengthen Sustainability culture at all levels of LEAF
  • Guarantee compliance with global and regional Sustainability procedures
  • Assist with the administration of the EHS Management System to prevent accidents, illnesses and injuries, as well as mitigate environmental RISKS.
  • Supervision of incidents and accidents with closure of action plans
  • Support the planning of high-risk work and the identification of needs within the plant to mitigate accidents.
  • Implement and promote sustainability initiatives to improve current KPIs.
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve the culture of RISK prevention
What are we looking for?
  • Graduated in Occupational Health and Safety Engineer/Environmental Engineer or related
  • 5+ years of experience in EHS.
  • Proficient level of MS Office applications.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational skills, ability to prioritize
  • Highly motivated and ambitious
  • Strong analytical skills
