Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a strategic leader to drive Innovative Solutions across Mexico, coordinating health-economics, KAM, and account teams to craft differentiated value propositions and scalable partnerships.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, risk, and ROI milestones while partnering with senior leaders and customer C-suite executives to expand access and growth in priority accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in Consulting, Strategic Marketing, KAM, Market Access, or related.
• Experience in Life-sciences/Healthcare and/or Medical Device industry preferred.
• MBA in Public Health, Health Economics, or Market Access preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mexico Innovative Solutions strategy aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
• Define and implement innovative customer solutions and value propositions for priority accounts.
• Drive end-to-end implementation, governance, milestones, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and ROI tracking.
• Represent solutions in regional leadership forums and with customer executives to demonstrate value.
• Develop tripartite collaborations with insurers, hospitals, and J&J to expand access and adoption.
• Monitor outcomes and translate results into dashboards for leadership.
