TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, Sonora, is seeking a Supervisory role to oversee day-to-day assembly operations, define goals, and drive continuous improvement to meet production schedules. The role requires strong leadership to coordinate the production floor and resolve technical issues under pressure.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a production supervisor, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as production supervisor.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in tool and assembly construction.
• Systems management with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Conflicts management and teamwork.
• Leadership and ability to work on a production floor.

Responsabilidades

• Identify Production needs through observation and analysis of generated information.
• Lead on the production floor in high pressure environments.
• Coordinate and monitor people on the production floor.
• Follow up to execution against the production plan previously defined.
• Make decisions and take actions to maintain KPI targets.
