Blue Yonder Title:Support Engineer
Overview:
• Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”.
• Seeking an astute individual that has a strong techno-functional foundation to support BY WMS Solutions.
Scope:
• Core responsibilities include WMS support for SaaS accounts hosted in cloud native (we use Azure).
• The team currently comprises 300+ global associates across North America, Europe, India/LATAM (COE), and APAC and is expected to grow rapidly.
What you’ll do:
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Consulting, and Cloud services.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and proactiveness to get problems resolved.
- This position may require working during weekends.
- This position may require 24x7/Weekend coverage and response to systems alerts during 'on-call' periods.
- Provide excellent customer experience and solution support to BY customers with ownership, proactive and innovative approach.
- Passionately collaborate and engage within and beyond the team with empathy.
- Consistently demonstrate customer centricity and a relentless attitude to innovate through teamwork.
- Add value by developing knowledge articles as well as working on operational improvements.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in IT preferred WMS Product Support.
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of network concepts.
- Understanding of file transfer protocols.
- Understanding of API concepts.
- Intermediate in Windows and Linux.
- Understanding of mission-critical systems concept.
- Builds and demonstrates basic competency in product and domain, Azure & relevant tools and technologies, solution architecture, etc.
- Basic understanding of Customer business and processes.
- Intermediate in MS Excel.
- Basic Knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Ability to follow SOP.
