Job Description

Da soporte a su jefe inmediato en situaciones críticas o emergencias, antes, durante y después de reparaciones o contingencias. Cumplir con los requerimientos del IMS (Calidad, Seguridad y Ambiental). Mantener comunicación efectiva con nuestros clientes internos, líderes de área y equipo de Facilities. Soporte en supervisar actividades diarias de contratistas y reportar cualquier anomalía, acto inseguro o condición insegura derivadas de las actividades de los mismos. Participación en la brigada y los simulacros de respuestas a Emergencia con amoniaco. Participación en programas de ideas de mejoras y ahorro de energía. Ejecutar las acciones preventivas y en su caso correctivas para mantener la operación eficiente de los equipos de Facilities. Detectar problemas potenciales en riesgos de seguridad en la operación y/o maquinaria de los equipos de Facilities. Cumplir con el programa mensual de mantenimiento asignado al 100%, incluyendo Check List y Process Confirmation del TPM. Cumplir con todos los requerimientos de seguridad e higiene. Cumplir con el programa anual de capacitación, atender a los entrenamientos programados. Realizar los reportes diarios al final del turno y dar seguimiento a los pendientes del turno anterior. Escalar con su jefe inmediato cualquier anomalía en los equipos de Facilities. Escalar situaciones de riesgo a la seguridad o impacto ambiental a su jefe inmediato. Brindar apoyo a los compañeros de las otras plantas cuando sea necesario. Operar, controlar y mantener los suministros dentro de los parámetros establecidos de acuerdo a los requerimientos de la operación de moldeo, empaque, processing y HBW (electricidad, aire comprimido, agua helada y aire acondicionado).
