Formación

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in supply chain or supply planning.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Join our Supply Chain Planning team at Frito-Lay US! In this role, you will help ensure smooth product flow, the right order quantities, and handle daily requests to adjust orders. You will also play a key part in achieving important service goals. You will work mainly with planning systems such as SAP and Frito-Lay’s internal tools.

Your Impact

As a Supply Planning Analyst (Replenishment), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Review product availability and order needs, and request additional product when needed to meet demand.

  • Prepare and process daily order adjustments to help reduce product shortages and improve service levels at distribution centers, plants, and other sites.

  • Join daily and weekly service calls with distribution centers and production plants to monitor progress.

  • Identify service issues or trends and create action plans to address them.

  • Provide training to team members to strengthen the team’s capabilities.

  • Support other projects or assignments as needed.

You will be responsible for key service indicators, such as:

  • Product availability and fulfillment rates.

  • Inventory levels and days of stock on hand.

  • Reducing product gaps and improving system performance.

You will also work closely with the headquarters supply chain team to improve systems, tools, and processes across the network.


Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related.
  • Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
  • At least 6 months - 1 year of supply chain or supply planning experience (inventory management, order processing, logistics, or related).
  • Intermediate Excel level (cleansing data and information, pivot tables, formulas).
