Solstice Advanced Materials seeks a Supply Planner II to optimize supply chain operations at our Monterrey, Mexico location on a hybrid schedule. You will drive inventory management, demand fulfillment, and production scheduling to sustain efficient material flow and cost control.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting.

Formación

• Experience in supply planning, inventory management or related supply chain roles.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with frequent customer-facing interactions.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of consignment inventory model.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end planning process for a critical customer account.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly planning meetings with the customer.
• Prepare and send business-critical reporting files weekly.
• Review customer demand forecast and adjust target inventory levels across locations.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and 3PL warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.
• Regular inventory reconciliation and cleanup of expired stock.
• Monthly revenue projection and communication of potential risks.
• Timely release of purchase orders and monitor inbound shipments.
• Partner with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

As a Supply Planner II here at Solstice, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing supply chain operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products. You will leverage your expertise in supply planning to support inventory management, production scheduling, and demand fulfillment, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain network.

You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you’ll work out of our Monterrey, Mexico location on an hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the seamless coordination of supply chain activities, ensuring that inventory levels meet customer demand while maintaining cost efficiency. Your efforts will help drive operational excellence and support business growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning process for a critical customer account
• Lead the weekly/bi-weekly planning meetings with the customer
• Prepare and send business critical reporting files on a weekly basis
• Review the customer demand forecast, using this data to adjust and maintain target inventory levels across consignment locations
• Proactively communicate with the customers, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors, and 3PL warehouses to ensure on-time delivery of goods to the customer
• Regular inventory reconciliation and clean-up of expired stock to ensure inventory accuracy
• Monthly revenue projection and communication of potential risks to stakeholders
• Timely release of purchase orders, and monitoring of inbound shipments from vendors
• Partner with internal team members to keep things running smoothly

• Strong data skills, including comfort working with demand forecasts, inventory data, and reporting tools to inform planning decisions
