Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a dedicated Supply Planner to coordinate material availability and inventory targets. You will partner with multiple departments to align supply with demand and optimize operations across the business.

You will lead proactive planning, manage supplier relationships, and monitor risks to protect production continuity. A thorough, data-driven approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supply Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Procurement, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related area preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply plans that support customer demand, inventory targets and business objectives.
• Monitor supply and inventory performance to ensure material availability while minimizing excess, shortages and disruptions.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure material availability and resolve issues; act as SME for designated suppliers and materials.
• Monitor supplier capacity constraints and raise risks affecting production, supply continuity or commitments.
• Own performance metrics for material availability, supplier dedication adherence, delivery performance, and continuity objectives.
• Proactively manage shortages, recovery plans, and blocking issues to minimize business impact.
• Build and sustain strong supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity, delivery performance, and issue resolution.
• Communicate forecasts, demand changes, inventory requirements, and supply risks with suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and Finance to support objectives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and put into action supply plans that support customer demand, inventory targets, and business objectives.
• Monitor supply and inventory performance to ensure material availability while minimizing excess inventory, shortages, and supply disruptions.
• Take responsibility for material availability concerning assigned suppliers and commodities by engaging in proactive planning, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving issues.
• Act as the main owner and subject matter expert (SME) for designated suppliers and material categories.
• Monitor supplier capacity constraints and raise risks that may impact production requirements, supply continuity, or customer commitments.
• Own performance regarding material availability, supplier dedication adherence, delivery performance, and supply continuity objectives for assigned suppliers and commodities.
• Proactively manage material shortages, recovery plans, and blocking issue activities to minimize business impact and support production continuity.
• Build and sustain effective working connections with suppliers to ensure supply continuity, delivery performance, and issue resolution.
• Communicate forecasts, demand changes, inventory requirements, and supply risks with suppliers and internal collaborators.
• Work jointly with Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and Finance groups to support operational and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• More than 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Procurement, or a related supply chain role.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related area is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, XLOOKUPs, reporting, and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of reporting dashboards and business intelligence tools used to support planning and reporting activities.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems; D365 experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both internal collaborators and external suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and dependability.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and influence outcomes through collaboration.
