Sensata Technologies is seeking a Supply Inventory Management Professional responsible for developing and assessing demand forecasts for designated product and program categories. The role involves collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to analyze and determine the required products and quantities.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the creation of future capacity plans.
2. Communicate with marketing, manufacturing, and customer service to ensure message accuracy and efficiency.
3. Define an integrated supply chain to ensure timely performance.
4. Monitor specific product and program categories.
5. Create a demand plan for supply planning across the company.
6. Conduct in-depth data analysis to improve demand predictability.

Experience / Qualifications

1. University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent work experience.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
3. Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
4. Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
5. High ethical standards and integrity.
6. Self-accountability for achieving goals.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
8. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with all organizational levels and external partners.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Translate business goals into tactical and operational plans for inventory and supply management.
2. Manage monthly SIOP plans integrating demand, capacity, and financial goals.
3. Oversee demand signals using ERP systems ensuring alignment with site capabilities.
4. Maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor critical material lead times.
5. Identify gaps and propose solutions for process improvements.
6. Lead supply chain initiatives and coordinate cross-functional meetings.
