Michael Page is recruiting for a Supply Continuity and Vendor Performance Manager to strengthen supply chain performance across North America. The role focuses on monitoring supplier commitments, improving material availability, and leading supplier performance initiatives within a global manufacturing context.

The successful applicant will work with cross-functional teams, leverage SAP and Excel, and engage with international suppliers to mitigate risks and drive continuity of supply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Planning, Supplier Management, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, heavy manufacturing, HVAC, or engineered products environments.
• Proven experience managing supplier performance, material availability, shortages, delivery commitments, and supply continuity initiatives.
• Strong background in supplier follow-up, inventory management, purchase order execution, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor supplier commitments and ensure material availability for uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Follow up on open purchase orders, resolve shortages, and coordinate recovery plans with suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance through scorecards, KPI reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to mitigate supply risks.
• Analyze supplier performance trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.
• Maintain visibility of critical shortages, overdue deliveries, and supply chain exceptions.
• Support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities and supplier performance reviews.
• Utilize SAP, Excel, and reporting tools to manage supplier commitments and operational performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Continuity and Vendor Performance Manager should have:

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Planning, Supplier Management, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, heavy manufacturing, HVAC, or engineered products environments.
• Proven experience managing supplier performance, material availability, shortages, delivery commitments, and supply continuity initiatives.
• Strong background in supplier follow-up, inventory management, purchase order execution, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Advanced SAP and Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Advanced English communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams and suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management capabilities, with the ability to drive supplier accountability and operational improvements.
