Danfoss in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to coordinate material planning, production planning, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment. You will help drive operational continuity and improve on-time delivery by aligning supply chain activities with business priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, purchasing, production planning, or leadership roles within manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP, inventory management, production planning, and supply chain processes in multinational operations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI, Access, PowerPoint) with strong analytical capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily supply chain operations to ensure material availability and alignment with customer demand.
• Coordinate purchasing and supplier activities to resolve shortages and delays.
• Collaborate with Production Planning and Operations to align schedules and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs such as supplier performance, on-time delivery, and inventory levels to support decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain processes and inventory optimization.
