Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en gestión de la cadena de suministro o gestión de riesgos.
• Experiencia en cumplimiento regulatorio de productos o sistemas mecánicos.

Responsabilidades

• Distribuir encuestas de evaluación de riesgos a proveedores y partes interesadas.
• Analizar respuestas de encuestas para identificar riesgos potenciales.

The Opportunity

How you´ll make an impact:

1. Survey Distribution: Ensure timely distribution of risk assessment surveys to relevant suppliers and stakeholders.
2. Response Collection and Analysis: Gather responses and analyze the data in the risk assessment surveys to identify potential risks and areas of concern.
3. Actions Follow-Up: Run weekly meetings and coordinate with suppliers to review progress, work through outstanding items, address identified risks, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
4. Report Findings: Prepare detailed reports regularly on the survey findings and present them to management and other stakeholders.
5. Documentation: Accurately document and record supplier and internal customer communications and files.
6. Survey Maintenance and Development: Support maintenance and further development of risk assessment surveys tailored to the specific needs of the organization and its suppliers.

Your Background

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, risk management, or related customer/application support.
2. Experience in the area of product regulatory compliance or with electronic and mechanical systems/components are preferred.
3. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
4. Personal and professional integrity, high accountability, and say/do ratio.
5. Hands-on experience in utilizing data gathering and visualization tools to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
6. Strong analytical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
7. A highly customer-focused mindset and proven success in delighting customers.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation in English, with the ability to present technical issues to a non-technical audience.
9. An operationally minded individual with marked time management and organization skills.
