• Solid knowledge of the End-to-End Supply Chain model.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Your role at Clorox:

We are seeking a LATAM Supply Chain Project Manager to lead the timely and effective execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence at the regional level.

In this role, you will:

• Lead projects related to Innovation, Cost Savings, and Supply Assurance, both local and regional, primarily in countries like Mexico, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Panama, and the Caribbean.
• Act as leader and Project Manager for cross-functional initiatives, responsible for team coordination and on-time delivery.
• Represent the Supply Chain function within broader teams, ensuring effective communication across functions.
• Coordinate functional reviews, updates, and communication plans for impacted sites and teams.
• Proactively propose continuous improvement ideas aligned with the business strategy (e.g., efficiency, savings, processes).

What we look for:

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production Services.
• Solid knowledge of the End-to-End Supply Chain model.
• Educational background in engineering (industrial, logistics, mechanical, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (fluent preferred) for regional interaction.
• Excellent skills in communication, leadership, planning, and analysis.
• Ability to influence and collaborate in multicultural environments.
• PMI certification or project management experience is a plus (not mandatory).
