A leading technology company in Monterrey is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee outsourcing projects from inception to completion. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure quality and budget adherence, and coordinate between internal and external teams. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of project management experience and be proficient in English. This is an initial 2-year fixed-term contract.

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with outsourcing or vendor-led projects.
• Spoken and written English. Able to carry on a conversation without difficulty.
• Proven ability to manage international teams and navigate cross-cultural communication.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

What you would do?

Experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate outsourcing projects from inception to completion. This role will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring successful collaboration between internal teams and external partners, maintaining quality, timelines, and budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing third-party vendors and offshore teams, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What are we looking for:
