Plexus Corp. is seeking a senior supply chain professional to lead the vision for data-driven supply chain solutions. You will define and prioritize customer product roadmaps, and drive adoption with site/region support. Collaborate with global and regional teams to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience; strong analytical and leadership capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years in a related role.
• Experience in pricing, quoting strategies, and cost modeling is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across sourcing, supply chain, and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate, model, and set optimal material QC pricing to align with account objectives and Plexus' financial goals.
• Assist in developing quoting strategies and opportunity plans to increase win rates and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Lead strategic material cost reductions utilizing Global and Regional Sourcing, Supply Chain, and ENG Solutions.
• Promote Plexus' Supply Chain as a solution provider for existing customers and new opportunities.

Purpose Statement:

In this position you will lead the vision of supply chain solutions that enable transformative visibility and transparency of data and analytics. In this role, you will deeply understand the needs of customers, define and prioritize the customer product roadmap, and will be ultimately responsible for the adoption of these solutions with site/region support.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Formulate, model, and set optimal material QC pricing to align with overall account objectives and meet Plexus' financial goals.
• Assist in the development of quoting strategies and opportunity plans to increase win rates and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Lead strategic material cost reductions utilizing Global and Regional Sourcing, Supply Chain, and ENG Solutions, while incorporating material pricing, current market, and customer negotiated conditions.
• Promote Plexus' Supply Chain as a solution provider for existing customers and new business opportunities.

Education/Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Physical Requirements

• Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
