Una empresa líder en gestión de energía busca un/a Supply Chain Manager para su planta en Reynosa, encargado de optimizar procesos de cadena de suministro y liderar un equipo dinámico. Este rol clave incluye la gestión de más de 30,000 SKU y colaboración interfuncional. Se requiere fluidez en inglés y habilidades en SAP y Kinaxis. Formación

  • Experiencia demostrada en gestión de cadena de suministro en un entorno de fabricación.
  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia, de los cuales al menos 4 en un rol gerencial.
  • Fluidez en inglés.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar y optimizar procesos de cadena de suministro en una planta de manufactura electrónica.
  • Gestionar más de 30,000 SKU asegurando disponibilidad de material y precisión en inventarios.
  • Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería, producción y calidad para asegurar una ejecución sin problemas.

Take the Lead with These Responsibilities

As our Supply Chain Manager, you will be at the heart of our Reynosa manufacturing operations, driving excellence across the end-to-end supply chain. You will:

  • Lead and optimize supply chain processes for a high-volume electronics manufacturing plant, including SMT operations.
  • Manage over 30,000 SKUs with precision and agility, ensuring material availability and inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations using SAP and Kinaxis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric’s global standards and sustainability goals.

  • Proven leadership in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, ideally electronics or high-mix production.
  • Strong experience with SAP and Kinaxis for planning and execution.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Reporting Structure and Team Environment

You will report to thePlant Directorand work closely with regional and global supply chain stakeholders. This is aleadership role, managing a team of supply chain professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the plant.

Key Qualifications for Thriving
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of7 years of experiencein supply chain management, with at least4 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, SIOP and SMT processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of SAP and Kinaxis.
  • Fluent in English.
